TRDI’s continued success is highly dependent on the satisfaction, skills, creativity, and motivation of our employees. A happy employee is one that is taking the necessary steps to realize full potential. Satisfaction with status-quo does not foster progression. We insist that employees attend mandatory training and encourage training/education outside of the work place.
