Training Rehabilitation and Development Institute Incorporated (TRDI Inc.) was founded by Mr. Antonio Rangel in 1999. His experience as a Business Consultant, Union Representative, and an Executive Director of another successful Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) has prepared him well. Holloman Air Force Base Dining Facilities was the first major contract awarded to TRDI Inc. and the company has been steadily growing since. We are proud to report that in October of 2004 TRDI Inc. renewed that same contract for a 2nd five year term.
